Kim Treherne Cardillo Kim has over 40 years of experience in the floral industry – her career in floristry began when she was just 15 years old and was fuelled by a love for flowers and her natural creative instinct.

Through hands-on experience and dedication to her craft, Kim worked across leading floral retail stores before building her own businesses, which she's successfully run for more than three decades.

Kim’s greatest passion is sharing her knowledge and skills with others to teach, mentor and inspire the next generation of florists. Under Kim's guidance, students gain the necessary technical skills, along with invaluable industry insights, confidence and creative vision..
